  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Courier partner delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Remote or non-serviceable locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

📍 Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer.

  • In such cases, re-shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, tampered with, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner product

    • Shipping label/invoice

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

❌ Non-Serviceable Areas

We currently ship only to locations supported by our courier partners.
If your pin code is non-serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund if payment has already been made.
