Return & Refund Policy

Because we deal in food and consumable products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

🚫 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.

Food items, including dals, pulses, grains, and seeds, cannot be returned if:

  • The package has been opened

  • The product has been used or partially used

  • The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer


✅ Refunds / Replacements (Only in Genuine Cases)

We are happy to assist with a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The package was tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery

How to request:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • The outer package

    • The inner product

    • Invoice/label visible

🔄 Resolution Process

  • Once verified, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund to the original payment method

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.


❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • The issue is due to taste preference

  • Incorrect address was provided by the customer

  • The delivery failed due to customer unavailability

We grow and source our dals slowly and naturally. If something goes wrong in transit, we will always resolve it fairly and transparently.
